Where User Testing Helps

Teams come to me when they need clearer evidence before making a product, design or journey decision:

• A live website, app or journey may not be performing as hoped.

• Designs or prototypes need testing before more work is done.

• Messaging or content may not be landing as hoped.

• Stakeholders have reasoned opinions, but want user evidence.

• The team is too familiar with the project to see where problems might lie.

You do not need a huge UX programme, just focused, practical evidence from real users and experienced judgement on what to do with it.

Two Common Use Cases

Test a Live Site

For teams with an existing website, app, portal or online journey that needs improving. Find out where real users hesitate, get confused, lose trust, miss key information or fail to convert.

Used for websites, e-commerce journeys, enquiry flows, sign-up journeys, onboarding, customer portals, application forms and booking journeys.

Test an Early Design

For teams that want to test wireframes, prototypes or an early design direction before building. Find out whether users understand the proposition, trust the experience, know what to do and see enough value.

Useful for prototypes, wireframes, concepts, new features, redesigned journeys, new AI-powered experiences, landing pages and propositions.

Not only did Userfy inform the redesign of core customer journeys, but it was also a catalyst for us to re-evaluate our customer experience design principles.

Why User Testing?

User testing shows where an experience makes sense to real users, and where it quietly breaks down. The value lies not only in spotting problems but also in understanding why they matter and what to improve.

Final cost depends on recruitment, scope, reporting depth and stakeholder requirements.

The range of improvements we made as a result of working with Userfy heavily contributed to the new website's success.
