EXPERT-LED, IN-PERSON UX TESTING
We are a specialist team of Human Computer Interaction PhDs, psychologists and experienced researchers, meticulously designing user experience research that informs the development of optimised websites, apps, software, wearables and connected devices.
Our work is reducing risk and informing the design of outstanding experiences for organisations large and small.
We meticulously design and plan the testing to optimise findings. Participants matching your target demographic are invited to individual one-to-one sessions in our fully equipped user testing suite.
The research is made as realistic as possible by creating real life scenarios. We observe users interacting with your solution, listening and learning and carefully questioning until we deeply understand.
Analysis tells us what is working well, what isn’t and why. We recommend where and how to remove any confusion or frustration and where and how the user experience can be optimised.
Features of our User Experience Testing
TESTING ALL STAGES
We test ideas, concepts, wireframes, prototypes and live solutions. Testing with real users is one of the most valuable and important things you can do at any stage of the design and development process. You learn so much about your solution and the findings can be transformational.
USER TESTING SUITE
Our user testing facility is equipped with the latest technology and has excellent transport links for participants, as well as a relaxing waiting area. Typically, testing with only 5 users is enough to identify all major issues, making our testing cost-effective and able to fit in to rapid design sprints.
We are a relatively new agency, but this hasn’t stopped us working with some very impressive and well known businesses. From a £5 billion turnover retailer, to a leading FTSE 250 finance business and the largest website in it’s sector of the fitness market. We are being trusted by big brands to optimise their Usability and UX.
